Tottenham Hotspur 1999/2001 Home Kit – Sz L

Description

This vintage large men’s football shirt is in excellent condition, with just two pin-sized marks on the back and very minor wear to sponsor, everything else is mint.

The 1999/00 season saw Spurs compete in Europe for the first time in almost a decade thanks to a League Cup win the season prior. Their run in Europe did not last long though, losing to German side Kaiserslautern in the second round.

The start of 2001 saw big changes at the club, with the famous British businessman Lord Alan Suger stepping down from chairman, selling the club to current owner Daniel Levy.

Shortly after, manager George Graham was sacked for ex-player Glen Hoddle instantly re-signing Teddy Sherringham from United to save the side.
